St. Patrick's Day

We were decked out in our Irish Green for St. Patrick's Day this year.

When the weather is nice, Baxter and I really enjoy getting out on the trail together.  Maybe we'll brave an overnight backpack trip this summer!

Baxter on the move

Baxter is very close to taking his first unassisted steps.  But for now, he continues to walk with his learner walker and wagon. Check out the video.

As he becomes more mobile, he's also learning to CLIMB...watch out!   He's been climbing the stairs for quite some time now, but now enjoys pulling himself onto the couch, chairs and even coffee tables. (oh no)  We'll pile pillows around a chair and he'll climb up and them tumble down onto the pillows.  Mom better get him to a kid's gym soon.  LOL

Baxter meets the mountain

While in Steamboat with friends Ashley, Steve and Xander...we took the free bus over to the ski area and took Baxter on his very first gondola ride to mid-mountain where we had lunch and took in the view.  What a thrill!!!
